  9. Hope I win--I've not done much with lettering, but I have a quilt in mind that needs to incorporate words in my hand, so this would be a great help.

  11. Just discovered your blog through a link from A Cottage in the Woods, which a friend just sent. Your work reminds me of Timothy Botts. I'm sure you have learned from him or met him? Would love your book. It is gorgeous!

  15. I am sure you are glad to have that itchy cast off..... keep wiggling those fingers but remember the words of Howard Glasser: "There's more to it than just wiggling your fingers and out come the letters." Though I already have your wonderful book,I'd love a copy for our Mysticalligraphers Library so my fingers are crossed. Ann

  28. Did someone say a give away ?! Your book is amazing. Almost as soon as I got my copy, my son grabbed it and set out to try his hand at some hand lettering. He also spilt India Ink over it! Although he felt terribly guilty, it was almost fitting in a way (it didn't obscure any of the book) that a splash of ink had been added.

I would be very excited to win, so I could share a copy with my son, or one of my other friends because it is a beautiful book.

Congratulatioms Lisa on a new look to an awesome book!
    Cheers ~
    Dawn.
